It is Vegan, Gluten-Free and Plant-based. STABIFLO-WM-HV60T have a high process  tolerance, excellent freeze-thaw stability, thickening properties, higher water holding capacity and emulsification properties. It is a highly versatile starch and recommended for use in alkaline conditions, high pH foods and also in foods containing acid.
