    Angel ResDextrin-TS is a clean-label, low-calorie, soluble dietary fibre powder derived from tapioca (cassava root). As a resistant dextrin, it resists digestion in the small intestine and ferments gently in the large intestine, acting as a prebiotic that supports digestive and gut health. It is Vegan, Non-GMO, Gluten-Free, Allergen-Free, and Preservative-Free — ideal for modern clean-label formulations.
    With a minimum Total Dietary Fibre content of 90 g/100g, low sugar (max. 2 g/100g), and negligible fat (max. 0.01 g/100g), Angel ResDextrin-TS delivers superior nutritional value without altering the taste, texture, or appearance of the final product. It dissolves completely in cold water with high clarity and maintains excellent stability under heat, acid, and high-shear processing conditions, making it compatible with pasteurization, UHT processing, and extrusion.
