FlaMas-WM-06700 is characterised by very good freeze/thaw stability and resistance to low temperature storage conditions. It can also be used as a Thickener, Emulsifier, Binder and Stabilizing agent with improved process tolerance. FlaMas-WM-06700 is often used in fruit pie fillings, frozen meat pies and gravies, soups and sauces, Ketchup, Custards, Yogurt, Bakery products, Dairy desserts and frozen oriental foods.

DOSAGEUse 2.5 to 5% FlaMas-WM-06700 of total batch size. For excellent results, use 10% FlaMas-WM-06700 of total batch size.

It can be used in foods as a thickener, bulking agent and stabilizer.     White dextrin can be used as encapsulants for food colors and flavors. It provides good resistance to oxidation and increases the stability of the encapsulated powder.
