It has high resistance to heat, shear and acidic processing conditions. It can be used as a Thickener, Emulsifier, Binder, Stabilizing agent and Bulking agent in Sauce, Ketchup, Baby foods, Yogurt, Fruit fillings, Frozen meat pies and Baking Industry.

DOSAGEUse 2.5 to 5% FLAMAS-PS 101200 of total batch size. For excellent results, use 10% FLAMAS – PS 101200 of total batch size.

APPLICATIONSAs a Thickener and Stabilizer:It can be used as a Thickener, Bulking agent and Stabilizer in various food applications. Gives medium smooth thickness & improved texture to the products likeKetchup, Chili Sauce, Soy Sauce, Chocolate sauce, Canned foods, Fruit fillings, Frozen meat pies, Baked Foods, Gravies, Yoghurt, Jelly, and Pudding.
For Shear Applications :FlaMas PS 101200 has high process tolerance, it is resistant to high heat and shear. It also has high resistance against acids, sugar and salt. It is characterized by excellent freeze/thaw stability and resistant to low temperature storage conditions. Itadds luster to the products, making them more appealing.
For Gluten-Free Products:It can be used as a Gluten-Free substitute in various foods including baby foods, confectionery, jelly type sweets, iced lollies, wine gums, yogurts, fruit-flavored fillingsand batter mixes to egg white mix
